I absolutely loved the elegant and unique decoration of the hotel. The mix of orient and occident, combined with the traditional architecture of the Wilhelminian era, created a charming and cozy atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the ease of accessibility throughout the hotel, with well-maintained general areas and clear signage for directions. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. Perhaps some additional amenities or services specifically designed for older individuals would have made the vacation even better.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The location is also close to the center, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. the rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds and modern amenities that include a great shower and ample closet space.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was nothing special and was quite expensive compared to local options.

The rooms were a bit cramped and there wasn't much room for luggage. Also, the elevator was not easily accessible with luggage and strollers. Nonetheless, the in-house restaurant offered great room service with tasty food.

my second stay in hamburg was even better thanks to yoho - the young. modern, clean rooms with comfy beds and helpful staff. perfect location near u-bahn and restaurants. can't wait to stay again!

Everything was clean, including the TV, and the bed was comfortable. The staff members I met were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with two underground stations nearby and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There was also free parking available on the premises, which was a bonus. it was a perfect stay and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great water pressure in the shower, a rare find in hotels. Reception staff provided chargers when we forgot ours. Comfortable parking in a big lot. Price could be more reasonable.

The single room was small, but comfortable with a good bed and reliable wifi. I loved the view of the boulevard from my room, with the beautiful trees. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, close to a park, Ubahn station, and various restaurants and cafés. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they spoke English too. The breakfast area had a lovely ambiance with dimmed lighting and a view of the street. On a sunny day, the outside area beside the steps was a great spot to relax.

There was no fridge in the room, which made storing food difficult. The wooden panels on the windows were inconvenient and made it difficult to close the window immediately.
